Preparation Process

148-Point Inspection

Each truck we purchase for sale must go through a rigorous 148-point inspection, conducted by certified technicians. Trucks must meet or exceed the standards set forth in the inspection before being sold to our customers. During the inspection process, we check the following key items and many more:

Engine Compartment: Oil and Coolant Levels, Power Steering (leaks), Steering Column (excessive play), Fuel (leaks), Turbo Condition, Intake System and more
Physical Damage: Exterior Sheet Metal, Cab Extender, Paint Condition and more
Under the Vehicle: Transmission, Axle and All Hub Seal Leaks, Drivelines, U-Joints, Slip Yoke, Chassis Frame and more
Operational Test: Batteries, Steering, Shifting, Brakes, A/C and Heater and more
Operational Equipment: Headlights, Road Lights, Turn Signals and Brake Lights
Front Suspension & Steer Axle: Kingpin Wear, Tie Rods and Drag Links
Other: Tires, Wheels, Brakes and Drums

Federal D.O.T. Inspection

Every used truck must pass a Federal D.O.T. inspection.

Detailing

Each truck receives a complete interior and exterior detailing. In addition, all sleepers are equipped with a new mattress, new fire extinguisher and a new safety kit. Our goal is to deliver spiffed trucks that you or your drivers will be proud to drive.
